Born out of Sydney Solstice coming out of COVID lockdown, Country and Inner Western brought the outer west into the inner west for the June long weekend of 2021. The event took over Sydney Park Amphitheatre as well as a litany of venues across the Newtown, Enmore, and Erskineville entertainment precinct for a King Street Crawl-esque event with both free entry and ticketed events. The Sydney Park main stage hosted the likes of Kasey Chambers & Tex Perkins, whilst the precinct’s venues showcased Australia’s best emerging and established artists in alt-country, bluegrass, folk, and blues, making it the ultimate explorative city ‘country’ event!
